CyberSathiAbout CyberSathi
CyberSathi (साथीmeans "companion" in Hindi) is an independent cyber-crime awareness platform for India. It was started by Kunwer Sachdev so ordinary people can understand, prevent, and respond to cyber-crime and digital fraud — UPI scams, phishing, identity theft, ransomware, and the reporting paths that actually matter.

Kunwer Sachdev
Founder · CyberSathi
Kunwer Sachdev is an Indian entrepreneur known as the Inverter Man of India and Solar Man of India. He founded Su-Kam Power Systems and played a major role in building India's residential inverter and solar backup industry — from a workshop start into a nationally recognised brand, with a large documented patent record, exports to many countries, and coverage across Indian media.
He has exited Su-Kam and is not responsible for any Su-Kam activity after his exit. He has also left Su-vastika mentorship and is not associated with any company in the inverter, solar, or battery manufacturing industry today. His present work focuses on public-interest platforms, writing, mentorship, and AI — including CyberSathi, built to help people facing cyber fraud with clear, practical guidance.
Editorial team
CyberSathi is researched and kept current by Kunwer Sachdev and his editorial team. The team tracks scam patterns, official advisories, RBI and cybercrime reporting updates, and reader questions — then turns that research into practical guides, news summaries, and explainers for Indian users.
AI may assist drafting, but editorial review remains central: we aim to publish clear, sourced, India-relevant guidance — not noise.
